Nestled amongst State Forest, banana plantation and 25km inland from the beautiful Coffs Harbour, Nana Glen Sports and Equestrian Centre accommodated adventure seeking individuals for this spectacular event held over the Easter long weekend.
By day, the Seven Slot Off Road crew enjoyed thrill seeking hill climbs, guiding, winching and cruisy runs, and by night relaxing by the camp fire, telling jokes and attending Jeep Action Magazine’s evening proceedings. We were out and about in our sponsored bright orange V8 TJ and enjoyed the company of friends, customers and catching up with the crew from Chief Products, Jeeps R’ Us, Marathon Spares, Quick Pro 4×4, Brisbane Jeep Club and Queensland Jeepers and the list goes on.
Camp Coffs was a colourful menagerie of like-minded Jeepers – one after the other – convoy after convoy each day, all in the name of fun and adventure. We would especially like to thank Michael & Robyn Bowen from Jeep Action Magazine and trip leaders from Coffs Coast Jeepers for putting together such a successful 5 day programme.
To sum it up, it was relaxing, well organised and the spot of rain made for the perfect dust deterrent, just in time for the Easter bunny to visit for Sunday’s egg hunt. This year’s Camp Coffs event was one of the best we have ever attended.
